Flow Wrap- 300S (Automatic feeding from stamper line)
Flow Wrap -300S is an Automatic Horizontal Flow Wrap Packing Machine which wraps soap bars, trays or any solid shape products with three side sealing from a roll of heat sealable wrapping material. This machine is very useful for quick change-over and to pack vast range of products.
This is a multi – axis controlled machine which uses 5 or more servo motors depending upon nature of product and speed of packing.
Standard machine is provided with 5 servo motors:
- One servo motor is provided on Crimpers.
- One servo motor is provided on Bag Length.
- One servo motor is provided on Infeed Lug Chain.
- One servo motor is provided on auto-feeder smart conveyor.
- One servo motor is provided on auto-feeder correction conveyor.
- One AC motor is provided for autofeeder buffer conveyor gap filling
- One AC motor is provided for autofeeder discharge conveyor
Flow Wrap – 300S uses individual servo motor for each operation performing during entire packing process.
All servo motors are controlled by hi-tech motion controller. In this machine we can control each process independently keep running others, for example no product no wrapper interlock etc.
Extra correction conveyor double check the position of already accurately fed product for high accuracy of feeding in infeed chain lug.
Maximum speed of Flow Wrap – 300S is 250-300 Packets per minute

- This machine is standard Semi-Automatic horizontal Flow Wrap Packing Machine which wraps soap or any solid shape product with three side sealing from a roll of heat sealable wrapping material. This machine is very useful for quick change-over and to pack vast range of products.
- This entry level machine is most suitable and cost effective solution to pack trays of different products. Other than soaps this machine can pack cookies, buns, muffins, paper cards, battery separators, ice cream, paper rim etc. Feeding in this machine is manual.
- Three servo motors are used in this model.

- Autofeeder magazines can also be fitted with this machine
