Invert Flow – 300 Stainless Steel (Automatic feeding line)
Invert Flow-300 Servo (Stainless Steel) is an inverted Semi-Automatic horizontal Flow Wrap Packing Machine which wraps any solid regular or irregular shape products with three side sealing from a roll of heat sealable wrapping material.
Machine is very useful for quick change-over and to pack vast range of products. Its inverted feature is very useful to pack irregular shape products as well.
Maximum Speed of machine is 120 cycles per minute
Machine frame is very strong and made up of 304 quality stainless steel.
In Invert Flow – 300 machine is a three – axis servo controlled machine, in which each individual servo motors is used for:
- Infeed conveyor
- Bag-length
- Crimpers (Cutter)
In this machine each operation is controlled by individual servo motor so it is possible to program to stop any of these servo motor keeping the others running. We stop bag length motor if there is no product. That’s why NO PRODUCT NO BAG INTERLOCK is an extra feature of this machine. (Use of this feature depends upon nature of product)
So with the help of this feature Invert Flow – 300 does not waste wrapper by making empty bags when there is no product placed in infeed of machine.
This machine can be operated in continuous mode as well as intermittent mode.
Most important factor which makes this machine unique is that the servo motor/s are controlled by axis controller (Motion controller) which controls entire process efficiently and accurately even at higher speeds.
Feeding of product in this machine can be manual as well as automatic.
Invert Flow – 300 is fitted with HMI (Human Machine Interface) Touch Screen which displays machine operations & recall recipe at the time of change over.
In Invert Flow – 300 product does not come in direct contact with heat. Good for products like chocolate, Ice creams or heat sensitive plastic products etc. where direct contact with heat affects the quality or physical look of product.
Its hi-tech rotary motion crimpers (cross sealers) seal and cut every packet perfectly even at high speed.
This is the good machine to pack range of products with good speed. Maximum width of film can be used on this machine is 350 mm.
Minimum width of wrapper= 100mmMaximum width of wrapper= 350mm(500mm maximum width is optional on wide and extra wide model respectively)
Invert Orbit Flow-300
Invert Orbit Flow 300 is standard semi-automatic with three-axis servo system controlled horizontal Inverted Flow Wrap Packing Machine which wraps trays or any solid shape products with three side air tight sealing from a roll of good barrier heat sealable wrapping material.
- Film Roll is mounted at bottom side of machine so this machine is also known as bottom feed machine.
- Its D- motion sealing arrangement seals each and every pack perfectly even with thicker films (more than 50 microns).This machine can be provided with Modified Atmosphere Packing with Nitrogen Gas Flush..
- Feeding of product in this machine is manual. Automatic feeding is optional.
- Gas flush is also possible in this machine as an optional attachment to enhance life of packed product.
- This Machine is fitted with HMI (Human Machine Interface) Touch Screen which displays machine operations & recall recipe at the time of change over
- This machine is very useful for quick change-over and to pack range of (from very thin to extra thick or high) products which are almost impossible to pack on conventional Flow Wrappers.
- This machine is perfectly suitable for bakery & dairy products where each and every packet is required to be air tight sealed and gas filled.
- Extra wrapper feed rubber roller is provided other than fin wheels for accurate feeding of wrapper for each and every bag.
- Maximum Speed of machine is 50 cycles per minute
- This is the best machine for quite a wide range of products. Maximum width film can used on this machine is 700 mm.

Product sizes which can be packed on this machine are as follows:
Length of product : Min = 50mm max= 400mm
Width of product : Min = 25mm max=300mm
Height of product : Min = 5mm max=100mm
This machine can pack more than above limits with some modifications which is subject to Advance & Auto Pack System’s engineering department approval.
