Overwrapping / Bundling Machine

Over-wrapper – 450 machines is good to pack single as well as multiple rectangular shape products in an envelop type of packet. Machine can pack multiple piles (one pile above another). Silent feature of this machine is quick change-over as most of settings are saved in PLC as a RECIPE. One can recall it again with the help of touch-screen (HMI) provided on the machine.

This is a multi – axis controlled machine which uses 5 or more servo motors depending upon nature of product and speed of packing.
