Soap packet bundling machine to make bundle of 3 or 4 soap packets by using sticky tape.Easy Tape – 200 soap bundling machine is supplied with infeed belt which feeds soap coming out from the packing machine discharge conveyor. In this machine number of soaps in a bundle is controlled by means of mechanical gearing and if one has to alter number of soap in a bundle, one has to change a gear. Moreover, soap carrying conveyor has also to be replaced with the change of number of soap in a bundle or size of soap. This machine is capable of handling printed tape as well.

This is a multi – axis controlled machine which uses 5 or more servo motors depending upon nature of product and speed of packing.
