Flow Wrap -300 (Servo)

  • Flow Wrap-300 (Servo) is a standard most economical Semi-Automatic horizontal Flow Wrap Packing Machine with painted steel frame which wraps trays or any solid shape products with three side sealing from a roll of heat sealable wrapping material. This machine is very useful for quick change-over and to pack vast range of products.
  • This is a three – axis servo controlled machine.

One servo motor is provided on Crimpers.

One servo motor is provided on Bag Length.

One servo motor is provided on Infeed  Lug  Chain.

  • Settings for each product are saved as separate program called recipe and when same product has to pack again then same recipe has to be recalled and machine’s PLC will be ready with same settings again.
  • Feeding of product in this machine is manual.

FLOW WRAP -300 (Stainless Steel) Manual feeding

This machine is standard Semi-Automatic horizontal Flow Wrap Packing Machine which wraps soap or any solid shape product with three side sealing from a roll of heat sealable wrapping material. This machine is very useful for quick change-over and to pack vast range of products.

  • This entry level machine is most suitable and cost effective solution to pack trays of different products. Other than soaps this machine can pack cookies, buns, muffins, paper cards, battery separators, ice cream, paper rim etc. Feeding in this machine is manual.
  • Three servo motors are used in this model.
  • Servo motor on infeed lug chain
  • Servo motor on Wrapper feed
  • Servo motor on cutter.
  • Autofeeder magazines can also be fitted with this machine
  • This machines is very simple, cost effective and low budget model.
  • Right angle feeding conveyor can be fitted with this model.

 Maximum speed of Flow Wrap – 300 Stainless Steel  is 100-120 Packets per minute

Flow Wrap- 300S Stainless Steel (Automatic feeding line)

Flow Wrap -300S Stainless Steel is an Automatic Horizontal Flow Wrap Packing Machine which wraps protein bars, trays or any solid shape food or pharmaceutical products with three side sealing from a roll of heat sealable wrapping material. This machine is very useful for quick change-over and to pack vast range of products.

This machine is mostly used to pack food products such as cookies, cakes, cookies trays, croissant foils, Pharmaceutical  I-V bottles.

This is a multi – axis controlled machine which uses 6 or more servo motors depending upon nature of product and speed of packing. Standard machine is provided with 5 servo motors:

  1. One servo motor is provided on Crimpers.
  2. One servo motor is provided on Bag Length.
  3. One servo motor is provided on Infeed Lug Chain.
  4. One servo motor is provided on auto-feeder smart conveyor.
  5. One servo motor is provided on auto-feeder correction conveyor.
  6. One servo motor is provided for autofeeder buffer conveyor gap filling
  7. One AC motor is provided for discharge conveyor

Flow Wrap -300S Stainless Steel uses individual servo motor for each operation performing during entire packing process.

Flow Wrap -300S Stainless Steel is Stainless  Steel strong frame which helps this machine to perform on high speed.

All servo motors are controlled by hi-tech motion controller. In this machine we can control each process independently keep running others, for example no product no wrapper interlock etc.

Extra correction conveyor in autofeeder double checks  the position of already accurately fed product for high accuracy of feeding  in infeed  chain  lug.

Maximum speed of Flow Wrap – 300S Stainless Steel is 200 Packets per minute
